The house with a surface area of 130 M2 is set on the dune, in the middle of the pine trees, you can hear the ocean just behind... 500 meters away. You reach it, surf under your arm, by the path of the Abécédaire which goes around the peninsula and passes not far away. Bathed in light and silence, it is surrounded by a terrace of 150 M2, its huge bay windows give the feeling of living inside and outside at the same time.
The house is easy to live in, simple with beautiful designer pieces such as Gio Ponti, the Bouroullec brothers or India Madhavi. Note that the use of the fireplace is not allowed to tenants.
There are 2 large bedrooms in the house with each, a 160 cm bed and a dressing room. The bathroom is shared by the 2 bedrooms. The toilets are independent. The 3rd bedroom occupies a 30 m2 shed with its bathroom whose striped windows are flush with the dune. The 4th is a summer cabin, like a "tiny house" usable from May to October where you light up with solar lights. If you are not afraid of being woken up by the sun, you can detach the roof: it is transparent to sleep as close as possible to the stars.

You have a large desk in the large living room and a giant TV screen in the grey bedroom.
On the terrace, 3 dining areas that you will appreciate depending on the time of day, garden furniture and daybeds as well as a semi-therapeutic SPA for 5 people welcome you.
A large plancha is at your disposal as well as a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The "44 hectares" and the famous Hortense restaurant, on the basin side are 500 metres away and the village market is 2.5 km away: 7 minutes by bike, the preferred means of transport of the Ferret Capiens.
