The price for 12 people varies from 450 euros per night to 825 euros per night depending on the season. Outside of summer, it is possible to reduce the access to part of the house (6 to 10 tenants) for a price reduction.
The house is a two-minute walk from a magnificent beach on the Bay of Arcachon, with a view of the Dune du Pilat, ideal for young children, water sports (sailing, paddle, wing foil, canoeing...).
But also, 5 or 10 minutes away by bike, there are the ocean beaches, invigorating, stretching to infinity, ideal for surfing, windsurfing.
The city center, with its highly sought-after market, is 10 minutes away by bike on quiet roads.
You can, less than 10 minutes walk from the house, taste delicious oysters at "La Cabane du Mimbeau", with a magnificent view of the Bassin d'Arcachon, but also enjoy yourself at the very famous restaurant "Chez Hortense", breathtaking view of the Dune du Pilat, or have excellent cocktails accompanied by tasty tapas at the very nice "44", or at the tip of the Presqu'île, at the "Mirador", feet in the sand with a remarkable view of the maritime entrance to the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Impossible to get bored!
For children, there are beach clubs, sailing and surfing schools.
To gain height, the pretty lighthouse offers a view from nearly 60 meters high (258 steps) to admire this exceptional point of sand still wild.
From the landing stage of Cap-Ferret, maritime shuttles offer crossings to the city of Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat (the highest in Europe), the Banc d'Arguin worthy of the Polynesian landscapes or circuits all around the Basin.
