Recently renovated in September 2025, the kitchen, living area and bedroom offer a fresh and modern atmosphere, ensuring guests enjoy both comfort and style during their stay.
The living area features a heavenly double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a dining table for two. The space features oversized windows that brighten the room, making it even more inviting.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries, such as an electric plate and a fridge, to cook delicious meals.
The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is the perfect place to explore the beautiful City of Lights. This location is surrounded by some of the most iconic attractions in the city, such as the Louvre Museum, Luxembourg Gardens, The Centre Pompidou, and the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris. It is the ideal spot for tourists to take a break and relax in between sightseeing. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby provide various dining options, like La Coupole, UGC Montparnasse, and Benoit Paris.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Luxembourg (line B), is just a 5-minute walk.
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

The property has a very nice Parisian charm and the location is perfect and there is an amazing yard. However, the building is quite old and it gets quite noisy if your neighbours are there. As well, the bathroom could be renovated.

The position of the house was eccellent and the comunication with the householder was very good.
The room was quite good, not too much comfortable since the were few and very tiny tables and no shelf. About kitchen and bathroom, they weren't pleasent, they were kind of small, old and uncomfortable. To be honest, those were even a little bit dirty, as arrived we found couple hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor.
