Ubicación, la atención del anfitrión y la disposición de los ambientes. Es un muy buen lugar de hospedaje
Había un fuerte olor en la heladera ( estimo que falta de limpieza), quizás podría complementar mejor el equipamiento ( toallas de papel para la cocina, trapo de piso, alfombra de baño.). Por estar en obras había 4 pisos por escaleras ( que quizás en la publicidad no está muy claro ) como ven son pequeños detalles para la mejora.

Adorable little nook in the best location. Communication was fantastic, host was extra helpful with a special request.
Par for the course with older apartments in Paris but just a warning for travelers: the stairs are very small and steep and tricky to navigate with luggage. We were fine with our small bags, but be prepared!

I liked the apartment — it was very well equipped, clean, and very centrally located.
The building is poorly maintained, but once you enter the apartment, everything changes.

Posizione e cucina ben attrezzata
La struttura è adatta a persone agili, magre e non più alte di 180 cm perché letto piccolo, doccia stretta e bassa, scale strette (4 piano senza ascensore) con gradini stretti e soffitto in parte basso. Inoltre il terzo letto di fatto è il divano con doppio cuscino (non materasso intero), quindi usabile solo per ragazzi non più alti di 160 cm
