The fully equipped KITCHEN is centrally located. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for making fantastic meals.
The LIVING ROOM has a large flat screen TV, plush furniture, and amazing decor. The home comes with a Washer and Dryer. Ironing boards, hair dryers, beach towels and pool toys are provided.
Special Note: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: (VRBO Moderate Cancellation Policy) A deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. We DO NOT accept credit cards for large balance payments over $2500.00. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. 100% refund 30 days before check-in; 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer at time of booking and encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. A short term rental agreement must be signed prior to check in.

Quiet neighborhood, very clean, check in and communication were great. Beds not that comfortable but that is always a personal preference. All in all a nice place that was convenient for what we needed.

I could go on for days about this fabulous property. Just minutes from everything. Grocery stores, shopping, beaches, downtown Dunedin. A must!
The house is pristine. Everything we needed for a week as a family of 4. I brought several things that I knew I’d need and never needed to unpack them. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed, beach chairs for our trips to the beach, cozy comforters, blankets and pillows. Even a google device that we thoroughly enjoyed. The backyard seating under the shade was used every day. Oscillating floor fans enabled us to make our bedrooms exactly how we wanted. Even a roomba to run so we could keep up with keeping it clean with no effort. The neighborhood is adorable. We took daily walks and saw beautiful native plants and the flock of peacocks that stunned us at every sighting. We will be back again for sure.

Very clean. Open and roomy living area and bedrooms. Master bath was tiny. No dishwasher as listed in the ad. Parking on streets is an issue.
It is a good place for 3-4 people for a couple of days.
