Beautiful, renovated home that is perfect for your family getaway! House is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. House includes a beautiful backyard oasis with a newly updated, screened-in pool, outdoor dining and living area along with a lush garden. The home has 3 bedrooms & 2 newly renovated bathrooms. Private circle driveway allows for plenty of off-street parking availability.
The house is conveniently located—a quick drive to shops, restaurants, downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon beach. Only 9 miles from Clearwater beach.

We stayed at this comfortable home for a week. We were able to have an early check-in and late check-out and Monika always responded to our messages promptly. The place was definitely a home away from home for us. Great neighborhood, close to everything in Dunedin.

We were very happy about the calm quiet in a neighborhood where we felt safe. The home was spacious and lovely.. We especially enjoyed the two separate sink areas in the master bathroom.and spent many hours relaxing in the screened porch.. There were a few downsides. We could not find a blanket in the entire house and there were no throws on the sofa. Instead we used beach towels to curl up with on the sofas and to cover our bed on cool nights. There was also a problem getting kitchen lights on to fully light the kitchen. Despite these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay..

Great private pool. Nice, open living room area.
Master bedroom and bathroom were large. Quiet neighborhood . Good communication with host.
