There are two bikes and two kayaks available for guest use.
There is an outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit in a spacious backyard.
Laundry room with washer and dryer, detergent and bleach are also available.
Kitchen is fairly stocked. There is a small and large coffee maker and a tea kettle with an array of coffee and teas in the cupboard.

This was a great location for my 2 friends and I as we were watching my son play 3 nights at the brewery. It is close to restaurants and beaches. I will use again.

The bunk beds were hard as a rock and the queen bed in the other room was so soft that my elderly parents had difficulty getting in and out. The floors were filthy and there were German roaches in the kitchen. There was very little silverware and mismatched. Our friends came over for dinner and we couldn't all eat at the same time. The house also smelled very musty. I don't mind older and quaint, but I do expect clean. Needless to say, we won't stay here again.
