Cozy Coastal Cottages of Dunedin 1

The place was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.. beach chairs, umbrellas, soft cooler, and beach towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was nice to have a stove, blender, and coffee maker available. Also appreciated the snacks and water bottle :) The place comes with 2 parking spaces. It is on a main road and we did hear some construction but nothing crazy… the white noise machine and blackout curtains were welcomed addition. Thermostat worked well. Lastly, the beds were comfortable (memory foam) and the soaking tub in the master was sweet! Would definitely consider renting again with friends. Thanks for having us!

The water pressure in the showers were a little less than I’m used to. One or two more water bottles would have been appreciated.

Clean, cozy, and well taken care of. Hosts are very responsive and treated us well :)

The cottage was well appointed, very clean and comfortable, and located close to the downtown area so we were able to walk to many places during our stay. The hosts responded quickly and kindly when we reached out with questions and concerns.

Construction was going on next to the property and our cottage also faced a busy road, so noise was an issue during our stay.
