Convient location nice neighborhood away from the crowds but 5 to 15 minutes from the beaches 5 minutes to Dunedin 15 to Clearwater only 5 minutes to blue days stadium 10 minutes to Phillies stadium
Plenty of restaurants and Shopping centers only 5 minutes from the house

It was clean. Location was good.
Garage cans outside were full already when we arrived. Fridge was leaking on and off on the floor. Dishwasher had water laying in it off and on. Water pressure low. Bedroom remotes in closet. I would recommend laying them on the bed to be found easier.

Honestly, the property was clean and well kept. It had 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. Helpful when you have kids.
The master room was super confortable. The kids enjoyed the games and their bunked beds.
If you plan to cook, do bring your own spices and seasoning.

The master room ac air vent in the ceiling is direct to your head in the bed so I have to sleep only in one side so the ac not bother me .
