Villa Florentina.

Let me start off by saying all the other properties I have stayed at in the past 8 years on booking doesn't match to this beautiful home. It has so much potential to be better in time... my family have service dogs and regular dogs and finding a home FREE PET POLICY was incredible. This is FLORIDA so be prepared for sand on the bottom of your feet but I embraced the floors are beautiful hardwood. The backyard is huge!!! and fenced in. More then enough room yes it was 3 bedroom but has enough room for a queen size airbed if the 5 beds that were already there weren't enough 😀. The garage came in handy for storage. The location doesn't have any problems parking a 27foot Travel trailer outside in the driveway. There was enough street parking to have our other two vehicles there as well which is a PLUS! Richard is Amazing 👏 host and our families know to add this to our saved locations for future bookings. Close to HONEYMOON ISLAND BEACH WAS OUR FAVORITE PLACE IT HAS A DOG BEACH TO SWIM WITH YOUR DOG

The neighbors directly next door are 🥴 drunks they have 10 cars in their grass.... don't communicate with them my kids are autistic and found comedy in people watching them... they did call the police on us twice once for the dogs barking at their own dogs thru a fence so we worked out a schedule dont let our dogs out when they were outside its common sense. Not everyone has it.. and the second time the woman called police she wanted the dollar that was on the driveway that my son has dropped so out of kindness he gave her 5 dollars for her beer at circle k ... smh ...overall the actual house is PERFECT and no problems that we couldn't deal with in a timely manner. When my phone got wet by my own fault it would had been helpful to have your property number on the wifi paperwork on the wall ... we tried to reach richard but my phone got wet and wouldn't charge for a week 🙃 I just got a new one last night and was able to reach out ...

Un lugar cómodo limpio , muy buena área muy silenciosa.

Todo bien

We loved everything about the place. It was very accommodating. We had a little issue and contacted the management, and they immediately responded and made great efforts to take care of the issue and accommodate us. very helpful. I hope we can stay here again.

We had one minor issue and contacted the host management, and they immediately jumped on it. And I went out of their way to take care of that swiftly. And even sent us a pizza! That was pretty cool.I hope we can stay here again. So overall the place was great.
