There was a strange odor that wouldn’t go away so they upgraded us to a different room

The property & rooms were immaculate. There is parking on the premises and you can walk to all the restaurants & events. Staff responds to communication quickly.

Plenty of parking, very clean and quiet!
I was supposed to have a cottage for 4 adults and ended up with a bedroom smaller than any hotel! Also they said Queen beds and they were only doubles, no kitchenette! They told me we had a regular size refrigerator and it was a very small college size! Our outside door wouldn’t lock from the outside and the inside door took you into the lounge area! The back deck had no furniture and nor did the outside of our room! I sent a complaint Sunday morning ( we got there Saturday 5pm). Never heard anything back! Also the hot tub was warm, but the jets didn’t work
