Very nice house with beautiful swimming pool in a small tuscan village. Quite charming and nicely built. Kitchen and living room area as well as shower at the pool requiring some renovation. However, with very nice weather time spent mainly outside. Very helpful support by rental agency when required.

Apartment with great character, clean and well maintained. The view is what we were hoping for on our first trip to the region. Beds are hard by American standards which is common to all the places we stayed in Italy - but we asked and received a bed pad very quickly. We were pleasantly surprised to see the apartment located in the midst of a stone paved village with old world charm. Note that that old world charm includes a nearby church with a bell tower which rings every half hour thru the night and linger at 7am. We were okay with it We walked across a nearby huge train bridge built a hundred years ago. Another day took an e bike tour that was awesome including visiting a 500 year old working grist mill Would definitely come again

We spent a week in the house with 4 adults and 3 kids. Everything was clean when we arrived, key was placed as described. The house is in the middle of the ancient village and really cosy. For unloading the car use the alternative entrance by the pool. Rooms are quite small and I would not recommend more than 6 persons overall. Kitchen is small and not too well equipped, bathrooms are in good condition. Bakery, butcher and a bar are in walking distance, the rest only by car. People are very friendly and appreciated any Italian communication - even my pathetic attempts.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely country house. It is a great base to explore the many historical towns nearby. To come back to the house and pool in the evening was fantastic. The views from the house and gardens are breathtaking. The house itself is perfect for a family of 5 and the teenagers loved the good quality Wi-Fi! Communication with Gian Luca was also very good and he was very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this property.

We (two adults and three teenagers) just returned from this lovely house after a ten day holiday. The view from the house is stunning, and it is in a really pretty village with lots of beautiful places to visit within easy reach. The pool was absolutely great: the children especially loved the way it was lit at night. We walked in the mountains, zip-wired, swam in the river as well as visiting Barga, Lucca, Pisa and the sea side. The house had everything we needed, and we would love to return.
