Located in the midst of the countryside, with amazing views, less than 10 minutes drive from the market town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, one can find this beautifully restored farmhouse with private pool. It can guest up to 7 adults and 4 children in 4 bedrooms and two sofabeds in the living areas.

This is a very modern property that has been renovated, hand made chestnut windows (exposed stonework windows) and exposed stonework.

The house is ideally situated for both winter and summer holidays: the beautiful ski resorts of Appenines are at 20 minutes driving (Casone di Profecchia) or one hour (Abetone) !!

There are 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one for guests with reduced mobility), two kitchens, two living / dining areas, large terrace with a stunning view over the Apuan Alps and the country below, where you can comfy have breakfast or just relax in the sun.

The design of the house makes it ideal for large groups, having some privacy from the other, but still having to spend some time together. It is possible for all to dine together both inside and out.

Outside, there is a beautiful private pool (5M x 10M) and another sunny terrace, with a large dining table and surrounding area.

Around us there are so many things to do and see!: the National Parks, the Adventure Parks, and the Garfagnana Golf course is just at 2 kms. Horse rides and hiking trips can be organized near us. In winter, the ski resort Casone di Profecchia, is at 30 minutes driving.

The historical charming towns of Barga, Bagni di Lucca, Lucca are less than one hour driving.

The nearest grocery store, bars and a sports activities center with tennis court are at 10 minutes walking, crossing through a small lake that is just around the corner, forming a small lake. A larger village with all services is at about 3 kms.

The parking is possible both in front of the house, or in a private parking across the road.

The pool is usually opened from May 15th to September 15th, of course depending also on weather conditions.
