About this villa rental
This stunning 2nd level townhome has been completely renovated with custom finishes throughout.
The living area is outfitted with a comfortable sectional, Smart TV and access to the private screened-in porch. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional dining chairs for 2 and 2 stools at the kitchen bar. Just beyond the dining area is the custom coffee bar with a 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, Nespresso and a coffee grinder. There's also an additional beverage fridge.
The fully renovated kitchen features a farm sink, stainless appliances and everything you'll need to cook meals for your family, including an instant pot, crock pot and small waffle maker.
The main bedroom is located off the living area. This room features a king bed, Smart TV and access to a private bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.
The queen guest bedroom is also located on the main level. This room has a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Up the stairs you'll find the kid zone! This room features a bunk bed, twin bed and a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bath with a tub/shower combination.
Each bedroom also has its' own ceiling fan.
Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.
Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom, 6 adults total.
Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) well-behaved dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops have access to complex tennis courts and 3 complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!
Treetops, Hilton Head is in close proximity to Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
