This was our first time staying outside Palmetto Dunes or Shipyard. We were very pleased the ease of access to the beach and the cabana was clutch! The entire path is paved until you get onto the beach - use the host-provided wagon for your gear (and groceries from the parking lot)! Colleen was a great hostess. We had some minor housekeeping items at check in and she was quick to respond and address. She has thoughtfully preserved and created space for guest belongings. Lots of cabinet, drawer and closet space available as well as great creature comforts such as laundry baskets/hampers, iPhone chargers by each bedside - all made our month-long stay really great.Be prepared to fall asleep to the songs of frogs and cicadas each night. Generally very quiet neighbors but windows are a bit older so you can hear folks when they are enjoying adjacent decks/porches. If you are having anything delivered (Walmart, Amazon, etc.) during your stay, make certain you emphasize SOUTH Forest Beach Rd. Many of our deliveries ended up at same number but North of Coligny circle.We would stay here again.

We had a great time with our 2 family of 4’s. The layout worked out nicely for our 4 boys age range 7-10. They loved the bunk beds and parents had their own bedrooms/ bathrooms and privacy. 2 downfalls were the walk to the beach was further than anticipated and parking was difficult. Very narrow parking and had to make 10 points turns to get in and out do the spots. All and all great place.

This spacious townhome was well equipped with everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation near the beach, which was only a short walk from the property. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the area. The owner was always quick to respond to any messages or questions. The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of towels, dishes and supplies for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the wagon, beach towels and lawn chairs for walks to the beach. Our only surprise was that the third bedroom was up 2 1/2 flights of stairs and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
