Summary:
LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION! This spacious 1600 sq ft villa was completely remodeled and has the capacity to sleep 8! Located across the street from the beach via private access path. You are an easy walk (.5 mile) away from Coligny Plaza, Hilton Head's hottest entertainment area. Coligny has over 50 shops & restaurants including live music. Enjoy two on-site pools and our naturally landscaped walking paths! Please note - no cats allowed! Small dogs must have prior approval before booking.
The Space:
This 3 level condo is set up for maximum privacy for our guests. The main floor living area has a 60" TV along with a great kitchen and dining area. The second floor consists of a full bath and two bedrooms. The main has a queen and the other has a great bunk bed (full bottom bed and twin on top) along with another full bed. The third floor has the master bedroom with king bed and full bath along with a great balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Each bedroom has its own tv.
Guest Access:
Full access to the entire condo.
Other Things to Note:
Ready for the beach? A simple 3 minute walk and you are ready to enjoy our four beach chairs, toys, and wagon for easy transportation. No need to rush back to use the restroom. All guests are given the code to our convenient beach cabana! Some small dogs are permitted with prior authorization. A $50 per night pet fee must be added. Pet owner is responsible for all damages caused by pets.
