The open concept floor plan offers LVP and tile flooring throughout. The living area has comfortable furnishings, a sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV and access to the private patio area through sliding glass doors. The fully renovated kitchen offers custom cabinetry, black appliances and granite counters.
The first level bedroom features a king bed. This room has access to a renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is located on the second level and features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and access to a luxurious private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination.
The owners of this townhome have provided kid-friendly gear, including a pack n' play, beach toys and beach chairs for the adults.
A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
Turnberry Hilton Head in Palmetto Dunes Resort boasts views of the George Fazio golf course and is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The complex has an on-site saltwater swimming pool open April through October and a community picnic area. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
