You enter the property at the main level and into a fully equipped kitchen, boasting modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home, with a welcoming dining table and chairs along with 6 additional bar stools for extra seating This dedicated dining space makes gathering for family dinners or game nights easy and memorable. The spacious living area—with TV and board games—invites a relaxing time after a fun day exploring Sea Pines.

Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for families or couples traveling together. The primary bedroom is on the second level and has a king bed, a private balcony with a high top table and chairs and a separate vanity area leading into the bathroom. The second bedroom, on the same floor, has a full sized bed with a twin bunk on top along with a twin sized bed and full bathroom and balcony. On the third level, offering optimal privacy, there is another primary suite with a king sized bed and full bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
