About this house rental
NEW HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE, FALL 2020, very detailed and implementing COVID-19 cleaning practices. Thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing as per CDC protocols and guidelines. Cleaning high-touch surfaces with disinfectant (countertops, light switches, handles, faucets, etc.) Towels and bedding washed in hot water that's at least 60 degrees C/140 degrees F.
Heritage Villas 2203 features Two Master Suites with private baths on the second floor each with a King size bed as well as recently installed wood look luxury flooring. The 3rd floor has a Queen in the third bedroom and the fourth bedroom has 3 twin beds sharing a bath. The third floor bedroom with the three twins has another twin bed in the large walk-in closet if you need additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. Heritage Villas are a short walk to the famous Yacht Basin, the Racquet Club, and the Golf Links Club House. The location is popular among golfers ... especially during the annual PGA tournament that occurs on Hilton Head Island every April. Guests also enjoy the close proximity to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center because of the wide selection of restaurants, shops, and vacation activities within walking distance. There are miles of bike trails within Sea Pines, ride past Lawton Stables or over to the Forest Preserve for the perfect nature setting. Although the complex is a mile from the ocean, vacationers can hop on the courtesy Beach trolley located adjacent to the condo and take a fun ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club or South Beach from the Sea Pines Center next door. The trolley stop runs in the summer from 10 am -11 pm. For those who want to lounge closer to home, the living room has a new 55" flat screen HD TV with over 200 channels, SEC network, golf, showtime and movie channels along with many more upgrades of furniture and appliances. The living room sliders open to a patio with a Charcoal Grill and easy access to the on-site swimming pool which has free WiFI, bathrooms, outdoor shower and plenty of lounge chairs.

Perfect location for biking to everything! The beach, harbor town, restaurants, coffee shops! Had an amazing time with 9 of us in the house together. Plenty of room to not be stepping on each other but large enough table and family room space to all be together for movies and dinner times. We will be back!

I called the leasing company to tell them how dirty the unit was. Dirty rags were hanging from the shower door. Unit was half cleaned. He stated that the owner has their own service. Not much has been done to this unit other than new tile floors. The walls were in bad need of painting.
