Located in the heart of Sea Pines biking distance on the leisure paths to Harbour Town and The Sea Pines Beach Club. Neighborhood pool, tennis, basketball and playground around the corner.
*Private Primary Suite in the back of the home with lagoon views and brand new bathroom with soaking tub and glass shower.
*King bedroom, queen bedroom share a new Jack and Jill bathroom with sky-lit glass shower
*Captains Quarters upstairs has sleeping for 5! 3 twins and a double bed.
*All bedrooms equipped with Roku tvs
*New Outdoor hot/cold shower
*Screened porch overlooking the lagoon where there is always wildlife to watch.
*Brand new kitchen with table seating for 10, Island seating for 4.
*Large main living space with plenty of comfortable seating, and a large Roku tv.
*New laundry room *Paver patio added with Adirondack chairs out back

Beautiful house in a great location in the heart of Sea Pines not far from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Even though we faced a few, unpredictable issues during our stay, the communication was great, and the issues were resolved promptly and completely.

We had a very lovely stay. Great location. Just a 10-15 min bike ride to either Harbour Town or Sea Pines Beach Club. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. Everything was very well thought out to include lighting, bathrooms, and bedding. You will be very comfortable if you book here.

Quiet, well kept home in sea pines, super family friendly and easy access to all things. Owners are very responsive and proactive. No issues and would highly recommend to couples and families.

This house is very spacious and well equipped. The living areas are huge which is a big deal for our family of 10. The kitchen has seating for 14 people and it’s very well stocked. Lots of extra pots and pans and every gadget you need! The Nespresso and air fryer were a nice touch. Lots of room to spread out and felt very homey. We will book again! Also great communication with the host and property manager!
