About this house rental
Brand New Luxury four bedroom townhome with tremendous upgrades. Relax in the spacious open living room and kitchen with private screened in porch. There is an oversize Master suite with small office or den connected. You can read a book or catch up on those emails from work. The master suite has an en suite full bath with granite counters, double vanity sink and walk in shower too. The first guest room has a queen size bed with easy access to full bath. The second guest room has twin beds for family and friends with access to a full bath too. Third guest room on the top floor has two queen size beds and an en suite full bath. Great room for the kids. Living room has a foldout couch to sleep twelve comfortably. You can park in the garage, driveway and one more car across the street. Home comfortably sleeps twelve people. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 36 Pink Sand is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
Forest Beach is a great area to access the beach. There is free beach parking down Pope Avenue. Beautiful white sandy beaches at the Forest Beach area too. There are over 60 shops and restaurants in the Coligny Plaza. There is a giant Town of HH Celebration Park with huge pirate ship playground and large field for a picnic or throw the frisbee. Enjoy New York City pizza, Plantation Deli for breakfast or go have a drink at the Tiki Hut. Forest Beach area has a lot of activities to enjoy.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 championship golf courses within 20 minutes of the home. There are over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts to enjoy. You can dine at over 200 restaurants, from fine dining, to pizza, to seafood, to Italian, with almost any kind of food you like is here. There are waterfront and oceanfront restaurants to see sunsets and sunrises. Elas Grille, Poseidon, Skullcreek Boathouse, Java Burrito, Salty Dog Cafe and Guisseppis Pizza to name a few. There are over 117 miles of bike paths, 250 shops and over 17 miles of white sandy beaches to enjoy.

Checkin process was easy and convenient. We were here for a family vacation and this house was perfect for our needs. We had 7 people with more than enough room for all. It was a quiet neighborhood and they had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. Places to visit and eat were close by as well. They provided all needed for beach visits with equipment for the day too. I would definitely recommend staying here and would do so again!

We had a great time staying at this property! Very easy to drive to beach and activities, quiet street, and the house is absolutely stunning! I wish I could decorate my own house this well!
