Experience the best of beach living with our newly owned and beautifully updated four-bedroom, three-bath townhome that comfortably sleeps 12—ideal for one or two families looking to create lasting memories. Just a mile away from the beach and steps from the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts, there's something for everyone to enjoy including your four legged friends!
Home Features:
Bright Entryway: Step into an airy foyer that leads you to a fully renovated kitchen equipped with updated appliances. Whether you're planning a summer BBQ or a Thanksgiving feast, this kitchen is stocked with everything you need.
Spacious Dining Area: Enjoy meals with family and friends in the large dining space, featuring seating for ten inside and additional outdoor seating for six on the patio. Fire up the gas grill and savor your culinary creations while lounging in comfortable chaise chairs.
Cozy Living Room: Relax in the living room featuring a large sectional couch, two comfortable chairs, and a flat-screen smart TV mounted on the wall—perfect for family movie nights. Includes cable for local viewing.
Bedrooms:
Main Floor Bedroom: The first bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor and includes a king bed, smart TV, spacious bathroom, and access to the front courtyard through a sliding door.
Second Floor Master Suite: Ascend the stairs to find the master suite, complete with a king bed, large smart TV, private balcony, and a luxurious bathroom.
Guest Rooms: The second floor also houses two additional guest rooms:
First Guest Room: Features a queen bed and a twin trundle, along with a smart TV.
Second Guest Room: Equipped with two queen beds, a smart TV, and an extra twin mattress conveniently located in the large walk-in closet. Both guest rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Laundry Facilities: A full-size washer and dryer make it easy to keep your beachwear fresh and clean.
Beach Essentials: We provide beach chairs, full-size pool/beach towels, sand toys, 2 bikes and umbrellas to enhance your beach experience.
Pool/Tennis/Pickleball: The pool is just steps off the back patio and features multiple lounge and table/chair combinations. The private tennis court with pickleball lines just across from the unit is for Shipmaster residents only. In addition, the Van Der Meet Tennis facility is less than 1 mile away with clay and hard courts available with round robins, lessons and clinics.
Family-Friendly: For families with young children, we offer a high/booster convertible chair and a pack-and-play for added convenience.
Accessibility: The first-floor king bedroom and patio access cater to guests with limited mobility. Additionally, Hilton Head offers complimentary beach wheelchairs, which can be reserved at hiltonheadislandsc.gov/beach/accessibility.

Great location - easy bike ride to Shipyard beach, Coligny and surrounding restaurants and shops. Steps from the pickleball court and the pool from front and back entrances. Property could be updated, but the villa was clean and accommodated 8 adults. Great communication with the owners and property manager.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The property was very nice, super close to the pool and beach, also very close to many shops, restaurants, parks etc! The hosts and property manager were very nice and responsive, they provided us with everything we needed for our stay and made the check in/check out process extremely easy. We would absolutely recommend this location and stay here again as well!

The property was quite comfortable for our family party of seven and a puppy. The pre-arrival information was accurate and timely, and check-in process was smooth. The property was very clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. We used the property as basecamp while attending the air show at Beaufort MCAS and spending time at the beach, which was an easy 0.9 mile walk. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

This was our 18th annual spring golf trip and we choose Hilton Head . The house was great , very clean , great location, and very efficient ! Pam our property manager was very communicative and a pleasure to work with ,(although we had no issues!!). We highly recommend this house , and hope stay their next year !
