Upgrades include new windows and flooring throughout. Spread out and relax in the spacious living area that opens into a large sunroom overlooking the golf course and the lagoon. Prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped, recently expanded kitchen and then gather together in the dining area. At the end of the day, relax in the primary bedroom, featuring a bright, remodeled en-suite bathroom.
Less than a mile away is the Sea Pines Beach Club offering a seafood restaurant, beach bar, and access to a fantastic stretch of beach. This vacation rental is less than two miles from the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, a 605-acre protected nature area with walking paths, boat tours, an archaeological site, and the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center, only two miles east.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at your condo. The view, when we walked in with the floor to ceiling windows was beautiful. We sat outside and enjoyed our wine watching the golfers. I really appreciated the super comfortable bed since we were very tired and only there for one night. The condo was impeccably clean. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

We have stayed at this property twice in the past 6 months. We LOVE the location and the sun porch. My only concern is that the front of the property, the back of the property and the courtyard need some TLC.

Excellent location. 5 minute walk to the beach and near plenty of bike paths so it’s easy to get around. Enjoyed watching the golfers putt in the morning on the par 3 out the back. Kitchen and living room is spacious as well. Would probably rate 4.5 if I could but the dryer does not dry very well (be warned) and the TV is a little small for the living room space if you want to watch a movie at night.

The rental is conveniently located to the beach and comes with access to a chipping/ putting green. The main area is bright and comfortable, with a view of the 3rd hole of Atlantic Dunes, and the spaces are exactly as shown in the pictures. We also enjoyed having a gas grill!
Renters should be aware that there is NOT a pool in this community, but one tennis court. There are 2 rackets provided for use.
Improvements that could be made: the living room TV is ready to be replaced (has a blue line running across the screen) and the kitchen could use 6 matching glass wine glasses. Finally, the sheer curtains in the master need to be replaced with ones that provide privacy.
We would definitely rent this unit again!
