This property's unique layout and bed configuration makes it a great fit for multiple families or multi-generational visits. Two separate seating areas with TV's in each. Awesome views of both a lagoon and the famous Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. In 2025, some spectacular updates were made including upgraded WIFI, newly finished hardwood floors and a reconfiguration of the primary bedroom improving privacy and access to the first floor bath.

A wonderful HHI rental. Perfect location. An oasis. Very peaceful - backs onto the golf course. We had lovely early morning walks around the golf course. The pool is RIGHT outside your door. Surrounded by trees - very picturesque. Warm heated pool. We bikes everywhere. Very close to the beach, restaurants etc. can’t beat the location. We would love to visit again.

The location of this townhouse is excellent, one of the best in Hilton Head (Sea Pines), 6 - 8 minutes walk to the beach and Beach Club, and with a nice, semi-private pool in the back of the house. The furnishings are of good quality, and the house has everything you need for a nice vacation.
Now for the bad part: in our particular case, the house was not cleaned well before our arrival. The floor was dirty, our socks got dirty after walking on it, the countertop was also dirty, and the bathrooms as well. After 9 hours of driving, we had to spend some time cleaning the house again. During these times of the pandemic, I feel it's very important for a house to be very well cleaned before arrival. I love to leave 5-star reviews in general, and overall we had a great vacation, but in this case, I have to lower the rating because of cleanliness, hoping that the issue will be fixed, and the next guests will enjoy a cleaner house. It's so easy to invest a little more time and clean it better and make it a true 5-star home.
