About this house rental
The Amélie cottage is located in the middle of nature, in a hamlet of 3 houses, at the exit of the village of Lanuéjouls in Aveyron. This 200 m² cottage has been lovingly restored for 13 years. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
Come and recharge your batteries in peace and enjoy its private outdoor swimming pool of 50 m² as well as its large garden of 2000 m².
You can discover the Aveyron region and its small picturesque villages, taste its local specialties and walk in the surrounding countryside.
Gîte on 3 floors with wifi access:
- In the basement, you will find a laundry area with a washing machine, and a games area (ping-pong table and table football). You can also store your bikes and other sports equipment.
- The first floor consists of a large living room (living room, dining room, library, TV), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment) and a separate toilet.
- On the first floor are the first two bedrooms (two double beds 140 x 190 and 160 x 200), one of which has its own private shower room.
There is also a second shower room and a separate toilet on the same floor.
- On the top floor are two bedrooms each with two 90 x 190 beds.
Sheets and towels included.
Baby equipment (seat and bed) on request.
End of stay cleaning: 80€
Pets are not allowed.
We speak English, French, Spanish and Italian.

This building has been lovingly restored by the host. It's clean, spacious and comfortable and in a great location for exploring the local area. The pool was a perfect size for our family and really clean. We wished we could have stayed longer.
