The barn of Mas de Pérou with private pool

This house was beautiful! We loved the decor, and the windows were just fantastic, letting in a lot of light and providing a nice view of the hilly fields outside. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owners live next door, and were very friendly and helpful. This was one of our favorite places that we've stayed in through HomeAway - we definitely recommend it for a nice getaway in the country.

A very beautiful and spacious accomodation for a family with (in our example) 4 children. The young landlord and his wife are very kind, very helpful. The building has been recently modernised - an old barn of the 19th century. The rooms breathe air, space and sun. The pool is fantastic - the perfect place where you easily enjoy the hot and sunny late summer days. Wi-Fi is without extra costs, laundry as well. There are still some small improvements possible: e.g. the beds are not all entirely new, so the comfort of them is satisfactory. However, if you bear in mind the fair price - you get really a lot in a week here on the countryside. A word to the area around: we think that we come back to the area of Aveyron, but we will wait until our children are older, as the easy-to-access, fantastic places to see and visit are somewhat rare - instead a lot of typical old, beautiful villages, castles and fortresses, and also activities like canoeing, biking etc. - for the smaller ones the pool was enough to spend fulfilling days.
