About this country house rental
This lovely restored stone house is shaded by a grove of mature chestnut trees. A terrace up a flight of stone steps overlooks the 5 by 10 metre salt water swimming pool.
Opening the old oak front door you find
a large open plan living area,
dining area,
kitchen,
double bedroom facing east, overlooking the front field,
a bathroom and loo,
and an additional loo.
Upstairs the huge attic has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and extra living space.
.Downstairs at ground level opening out onto the field is a bedroom and ensuite.
A laundry room at ground level has a washing machine, a sink and also a loo and shower.
Next to the house is a barn converted into a summer kitchen, a useful space to cook and eat in which is indoor-outdoor. There is a large table, a large gas hob, sink with hot and cold water and a fridge.
There are a total of 5 double bedrooms:
3 with a double bed,
one with a double bed and two singles,
and one with a double bed and a single bed.

Maison très charmante, rustique, joli cadre. Piscine et cuisine d'été agréable. Quelques détails matériels pourraient être améliorer.

Très belle propriété avec un grand terrain et une très belle piscine.
Globalement bien entretenue.
Cuisine d'été très agréable.
De nombreux équipement à disposition (jeux pour enfants, table de ping-pong, barbecue, ...).
Situé en pleine campagne mais plein d'activité possible à proximité.

Le site est extra, dans un authentique petit village avec de beaux espaces extérieurs et la piscine est très agréable. A l'intérieur il y a beaucoup d'espaces de vie conviviaux. La cuisine est peu fonctionnelle. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais il manque des scores occultant à l'étage. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la chambre du second étage par fortes chaleurs. Les enfants ont adoré la maison avec ses recoins et ses jeux. On s'y sent bien à l'aise, "comme à la maison ".
