On the ground floor, large lounge / dining room, fitted kitchen, small TV room and cloakroom. 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed with ensuite bathroom. 2nd floor, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 2 sleeping corners with 2 single beds, dining set. Beautiful terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and mountains. Possibility of pre horse.
Our house is located in the southwest of the "Cantal", between the "Corrèze (19)" with its pretty town of Argentat, the "Lot (46)" with its friendly town of Saint-Cere, its world famous website Rocamadour, and surely, with the children, the "Padirac chasm" and "Aveyron (12)" where you can visit, in Rodez, the impressive "Soulages museum" and possibly a little later, his famous "Millau bridge" ... and there is still plenty to see, to admire and perhaps rediscover ...
The village of "Laroquebrou" nicknamed "La Porte du Midi" is classified since 2016 "Small town character" ... beautiful village a few kilometers from the house ... its Friday market ... its friendly shops. ..
