Traumhaft schön und erholsam

Einfach alles. Angefangen vom sehr herzlichen Empfang bis hin zum freundlichen Abschied. Ein kleines aber sehr feines Boutique-Hotel, in dem Kinder und Hunde willkommen sind. Im Restaurant wird frisch gekocht und das Frühstück war immer ebenfalls lecker und frisch. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Schöne moderne Zimmer, prima Dusche, wunderbare Betten schöner Parkplatz

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte man schöner machen, zum Beispiel nicht einfach so ein Alufolie auf das Essen legen .vielleicht so ne Box, die ein bisschen gekühlt ist und Brot und Brötchen könnte wesentlich besser sein

Pekné, čisté a tiché ubytovanie v okrajovej časti Umagu

Veľmi priateľský personál, vkusne a štýlovo zariadený hotel, čistota izieb aj spoločných priestorov, veľmi pohodlné postele a naozaj ticho a kľud. Izby sú klimatizované. Ubytovanie sa nachádza cca 2km od najbližšej pláže, no na biku je to kúsok.

Okolie si ešte vyžaduje nejaké úpravy, ale verím, že po dokončení to bude perfektné. Raňajky boli skromnejšie, no chutné. Nám chýbalo viacej zeleniny...

Die Besitzer und die Mitarbeiter alle super nett und freundlich, zuvorkommend! Wirklich ohne Übertreibung: es war eine 10/10! Absolute Top Empfehlung, wenn man Ruhe und auch sehr hohen Komfort im Zimmer sucht! Wir haben es sehr genossen, man merkt in jeder Ecke, da ist man auf Kundenzufriedenheit orientiert! Danke dafür! Es war eine schöne Zeit mit freundlichen Menschen! Wir kommen wieder:)

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Betten waren super gemütlich. Absolut Hundefreundlich. Näpfe und ein Bettchen waren bei Ankunft im Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Gute Auswahl. Frisch und lecker. Wir haben das Frühstück immer im Garten unter Olivenbäumen genossen. Traumhaft schön. Lage abgelegen und ruhig. Das Richtige für Ruhesuchende. Man ist aber mit dem Auto in weniger als 5 min bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der nächste Strand mit Cocktailbar etwa 2km entfernt. Auch zu Fuß gut machbar. Super freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr bemüht.

Der Kühlschrank war bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt. Wirklich tolle Auswahl an Getränken und Schoki. Aber ein bisschen Platz für Eigenes wäre schön gewesen. Zudem waren einige Produkte abgelaufen.

Nečekal jsme takovou míru autentičnosti a historie na jednom místě, kde bylo vše TOP!

Snídaně vynikající, personál ochotný, snídali jsme venku pod mladými olivovníky, sem tam přiletěla vosa, nebo se objevil mravenec, ale to není výtka, jen fakt, že si dáte snídani venku v usedlosti, kde se historie snoubí s přírodou, ne v obrovském hotelovém resortu, kde je vše nepřirozené. Pokoje jsou klimatizované, mají super pohodlné postele a koupelnu, celkově spíte v nádherně klidném prostředí , které je sice vzdálené od nejbližší pláže cca 5 minut autem, ale v zase tam v pohodě dojedete a zaparkujete a ani zde není moc lidí v plné sezóně.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, es würde liebevoll und leckeres Frühstück serviert. Zum Dessert wurden Saison Früchte (bei uns waren es saftige Pfirsiche, Aprikosen und zuckersüße Melone) angeboten. Die Atmosphäre an sich entspannte, wir kommen richtig erholt nach Hause. Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und gut ausgestattet, sauber; tolles Bett, geschlafen wie zu Hause - nämlich gut, Klima Anlage, Bademantel, Schlappen und Dusch- und Handtücher, war alles da. Nach Wunsch könnte man noch Massage dazu buchen. Es ist wirklich tolles Urlaub dort gewesen. Dankeschön

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, etwas weiter von Meer, aber man kann vor Ort Fahrräder mieten, wir sind mit dem Auto gefahren war alles gut gelaufen 👍

A beautiful spot in a tiny village to relax - with gorgeous breakfast

A beautiful spot in a tiny village to relax but everything you need is only a few minutes away by car. We loved the yard with the olive trees! We spent our first night of vacation here as a stop over and couldn’t have been more perfect. The bed was so comfy, the rooms was gorgeous and spacious, our dog was very welcome. The breakfast was delicious and more than we could have wished for. It was the perfect start into a vacation for us.

Un confortevole casolare per visitare Umag e il nord dell'Istria

Il paese è a 4,5 km dal centro di Umag, immerso nella natura della terra istriana. E' il regno del silenzio e della tranquillità. L'hotel è una casa paesana completamente ristrutturata e le stanze sono tutte moderne, con tv e climatizzatore. Bella la sala da pranzo interna con la macina in bella vista e il giardino esterno in mezzo agli ulivi. Ci sono anche degli attrezzi da palestra nel giardino più piccolo. La colazione (nel mio caso compresa nella prenotazione) era di tipo internazionale con salumi, dolci e frutta, succhi, caffè e tè, e si può decidere se farla dentro o nel giardino. Il primo giorno avevo bisogno di farla alle 6:30 (orario standard 8-11) e sono stato accontentato con cappuccino e brioche: molto bene. In camera c'era anche la possibilità di farsi del tè. Il titolare parla bene inglese e il personale anche italiano: tutti sono molto cordiali. C'è un parcheggio privato davanti alla struttura per una decina di vetture. Ti lasciano la chiave per entrare a qualsiasi ora dalla porta posteriore nel caso alla reception non ci sia nessuno.

Arrivato in paese non ho trovato nessuna indicazione dell'hotel, ma visto che il paese è piccolissimo e non ha altri locali, non si può sbagliare: al fico d'india gira a destra. La mia camera aveva il letto è in una nicchia raggiungibile da una scala: ero solo ma forse in due non sarebbe stato tanto comodo. Auto o bici per spostarsi: arrivare a piedi a Umag è troppo lontano.

Da un disagio ad un successo

Se potessi dare 11 come voto....viaggiavo in bici e ho avuto un problema tecnico sabato sera, quindi fino a lunedì... Lo staff dell'hotel, Tim, Susana ed il giovane titolare si sono fatti in quattro per aiutarmi e trasformare un problema in un soggiorno splendido. Questo piccolo hotel di 10 stanze, creato dentro un vecchio frantoio, azienda agricola, a meno di 2 km dal mare, tra Umago e Cittanova ha un atmosfera speciale. Relax, fuga dallo stress? Venite qui! Bravi e basta ed i migliori auguri di un successo nell'attività!

Forse, ad essere pignolo, ma era ancora bassa stagione, curerei di più la "sezione" marmellate e pane

Idyllisch umgeben von Olivenbäumen

Sehr komfortabel und ruhig gelegen. Umag trotzdem in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Letzeres kann man von der Unterkunft leihen (E-Bike). Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Staying at the “BB Maslina” apartment was truly delightful. The accommodation is excellent, with a fresh and modern interior. The room is charmingly decorated, and the bed is of high quality, ensuring a peaceful sleep after an active day. The small kitchenette with a built-in refrigerator and all the necessary utensils proved to be surprisingly convenient. For a couple like us, it provided everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The location of the apartment is peaceful yet conveniently close to the town of Umag and the sea. This was advantageous as we could easily explore the town and enjoy the beautiful coastal area. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity for cycling nearby, which was great for exploring the surroundings. Overall, the “BB Maslina” apartment is an excellent choice for couples seeking comfortable and quality accommodation in a tranquil setting, with the town and the sea nearby. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
