Can rave enough about the 5 star service I received. From the check in, to cleaning staff, bar service and the room... absolutely stunning, do yourself a favor and upgrade to the premium room! Would definitely book again and recommend, central to the old town!

It has everything. Location, friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable, quiet, swimming pool is small but adequate for a cool down and plenty of space to lounge around pool

I really can’t complain about the room, the location, or the staff, all were excellent. However, I was disappointed to be charged €120 for water marks on the marble table.
First, the hotel was unable to provide any report or documentation showing that these marks were not present before our stay. Second, water marks on a marble surface seem like normal wear and tear, especially in a hotel setting. If the hotel expects the furniture to remain in perfect condition, using such a delicate material feels impractical.
No coasters or glass mats were provided, which makes this charge feel even more unfair. Overall, this experience left a negative impression despite an otherwise great stay.
