    Convenient and comfortable stay which includes in house cafe/resto with delicious, varied, and value for money menu as well as a view of Mt. Mayon. A complimentary shuttle within the vicinity is also a plus for this hotel.

    I like the look and feel of the hotel. Nice interiors, especially on the second floor. Rooms are clean, aircon and water heater working. Room cleaning available. The cafe at 3rd floor where we eat breakfast is also nice, they can serve coffee in-room. The pool also is clean and water is not very cold. They can improve on soaps, their body and hand wash don’t smell very nice. Overall we had a good stay, good rooms and helpful staff

    This hotel is relatively new. So it should be good. The room we are in 202 is directly below the cafe/restaurant. The noise kept us awake. The movement from the restaurant which is on the 3rd floor is heard. Every movement is heard. Even early morning.

    Overpriced and not a 5-star hotel. Rooms are spacious Unsure if beddings were changed for new arrivals. Hot water was intermittent in our room - 207. Low water pressure (but this may be true for the area). Towels provided begs to be replaced. For the room rates they charged, we expected more.
