    I checked in at Hotel Bambi last September 5, 2026. I booked through Agoda and got discount. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that my standard accommodation was upgraded to deluxe. Upon entering the room, I was surprised to have been welcomed by two beds-- all for myself alone, at 1200php!!! Upon gazing outside, the panoramic scenery of Former Governor Espinosa's villas greeted me. Take note, my room has balcony. One thing I liked most about my experience at Hotel Bambi is the ventilation and lighting. Their air-conditioning unit in my room was functioning well. There are also multiple controls for the lights. The bathroom was also sanitary. I really like the smell of the sanitizer, body wash and shampoo. Perhaps, the only downside with my Bambi experience was the quality of water in the bathroom. It smells muddy, perhaps because the place is situated near or within a former marshland, now a reclaimed area. But my overall experience with Bambi was great. The staff are accommodating, the place is classy. Bambi is one of the most economically-friendly yet class accommodation in Masbate City. I intend to check in again.

    It all started with a simple 2-day intended stay and I ended up staying longer due to some flight technicalities. I didn't regret extending in the same hotel since the hotel staffs were all so friendly and approachable. They all treated me with respect, showing a true Masbatenyo trait. Shout out to Ruffa, Marge, and Mabel... Also to Kuya and other Ate who worked on night shift. I loved how Mabel handled the situation on one erring and demanding guest with foreigner partner on breakfast issues. She settled it with so much grace and respect... Without compromising her co-worker at the same time explaining well to the demanding guest on the real situation on the ground. All my requests were also made promptly. A very quiet and relaxing place with just a tricycle ride from all the important places in the City. I will definitely be back here. Thank you for the Masbate xperience, Hotel Bambi. ❤️🏩

    Stayed for a couple of nights with my mum. The place is in a quiet location but accessible. It’s a good enough place to stay if you’re just after a bed for the night and provides very basic amenities. The staff are super accommodating though and no request seems to be a bother. It felt like living in my own house. It has a lot of potential and with just a little more investment guests would feel more comfortable and would be keen to come back for more stays. I’d suggest to improve the decor to help with the ambience.. the staff delivered great personalised service but the physical environment fell short of giving guests the level of comfort that will stay with them after leaving the place. Small things like having greeneries around the reception and dining, installing large mirrors on the reception/dining walls will make the place feel more spacious. It would be great if the aircon is kept on throughout the day in the dining area… it would bring relief to guests coming in from the warm weather outside.
