    First, I would return due to the quality, cleanliness, and vibe when compared to the cost. The staff was wonderful. I had a medical issue and the staff was very kind and took me to a doctor about 35-40 minutes from the resort. I wasn't sure what to expect in such a remote area, but he asked the right questions and evaluated me professionally (I'm from the US). After 2 days on the medications, I was fine. The room was comfortable and the water pressure was good. The wait staff and the desk staff were very nice. They were very accommodating. The restaurant was out of a couple items, but this was in the middle of the fuel crisis. Speaking of the food, it was quite good, and presented well. The bartenders were much fun, but I only interacted once with them. Considering this a relatively small resort, they had water activities. Also, the beach was beautiful ... soft white sand. It was clean. The only negative was driving on the road to get to the resort from Balud. We traveled the road many times to go get food and other things in town. Due to my illness, we were unable to do much exploring. We checked out another resort in the area. It was interesting, but no where as nice. Also, they actually charged us to look around. Again, I recommend Beatriz Rafaela Resort very much. The cost is very good vs the quality of the facilities and the gorgeous beach. It's a great place to chill.

    Other than the condition of the road getting to the resort, everything exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I was ill with a bacterial infection most of the time. The staff was very helpful when I passed out in the night, taking me to a well informed doctor in the morning. The staff was kind and helpful, especially the wait staff. The restaurant was quite good. The pools were nice, and the beach was very nice white sand. For the cost, hard to beat this resort.

    We stayed in their loft type room, it's nice and clean, the place was majestic, reasonable price and majority of the staff are hospitable, maybe they can add an additional staff for graveyard shift specially if it's peak season.

    Improve services: 1) contact number published in own web-site cannot be contacted 2) staff need to be trained to be customer oriented 3) Restaurant should served earlier than 7am since food are not allowed inside 4) faucet needs repair Overall the resort is clean. The beach is amazing having fine sand crystal clear water.
