    Although and other than Villa Caceres I have not stayed in other Naga hotels, I’m satisfied with Uma and don’t mind returning. However, the staff could be more proactive and nicer .

    Very nice staffs especially sa recep, not only pretty but also kind and with reapect. The breakfast buffet is my fav. Me and partner is a regular guest here but we notice some changes like towels, one pair na lang.. sa door sa cr is medyo hirap isara but so far so good. See you next bookings! Dapat may loyalty card ang UMA, char.. Godbless! Viva!

    ⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel staff. When I arrived at the main entrance, I got out of a tricycle while carrying two heavy bags and an umbrella in the rain. There were three men in uniform, presumably security guards or hotel staff, who clearly saw me struggling, yet not one of them bothered to assist me. What made the experience even more upsetting was that the following night, I saw the same three staff members immediately assisting another guest who was getting out of a car. The contrast was very noticeable and honestly made me feel that I was being treated differently simply because I arrived by tricycle. I understand that guests may arrive in different ways, but every guest deserves the same level of courtesy, respect, and assistance, regardless of whether they arrive in a private car, taxi, or tricycle. I immediately raised my concern with the front desk staff and specifically requested that my complaint be escalated to the hotel manager. Unfortunately, nobody ever contacted me or followed up on my complaint—not even before we checked out. For me, this was not just about carrying heavy bags. It was about the attitude and lack of basic hospitality shown by the staff. The fact that management did not even bother to follow up made the experience even worse. Hotels are supposed to make guests feel welcomed and valued. Sadly, that was not how I felt during my stay. I hope management takes this seriously, reviews how their staff treat guests, and provides proper training to ensure that all guests are treated equally and respectfully, regardless of their social status or mode of transportation. Very disappointing experience. I would think twice before staying here again.
