De locatie was perfect gelegen: direct bij de tram aan een drukke straat, maar doordat het appartement aan de achterkant van het gebouw zat, was het toch rustig. Het was 5 minuten lopen naar de boulevard en het strand. Alles was dus goed bereikbaar. We werden ontvangen door een fijne host die ons alles uitlegde. Ook waar alles was in de buurt, zoals het strand en de supermarkt. De airco in het appartement was ook heerlijk!
Zoals veel appartementen in Nice slaap je op een bedbank. Ik begrijp dat niet zo goed: die staat de hele dag uitgeklapt, dus je gebruikt de bank alleen als bed. Het was handiger als er gewoon een fijn bed had gestaan.

Sehr sauber, 3 Balkone, Tiefgarage, gute Ausstattung,, gute Kommunikation. Bahnstation direkt vor dem Gebäude. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Super Bäckerei unter dem Gebäude.
Das Bett war eigentlich das Sofa und nicht optimal geeignet. Laute Jugendliche draußen bis weit in die Nacht, man sollte nicht geräuschempfindlich sein.
