We definitely would choose this again. We were a bit concerned, because Scala is high up in the hills and we had no car, but there are frequent busses to Amalfi and - as Scala is a few stops before Ravello - you will get a seat at least when you go down. Ravello is reachable after a short walk. Scala is ideal also for nice hiking tours, don't miss Pontone and the Torre dello Ziro. Also the restaurants in Scala and Ravello were excellent. The residence is exciting, the room is very clean and comfortable with nice ceramic tiles. We had a ground floor room without a balcony, but there is a roof terrace, so we did not miss anything. The service was fine and immediately responded to all our requests. Service was fully online.
The room was large and excellent for 2 persons. For 4 persons it was still okay, however, there was only one warderobe and the kitchen could be better equipped.

Thank you for your hospitality! Alfonso (manager) was so patient and accommodating, responding in a timely manner with grace and positivity. I was not in the rooms myself, but had good feedback from our event crew that stayed at Villa Ruocco Suites - passing on glowing feedback from everyone. Would definitely book with them again - maybe one day for leisure over business as well, as they seem to excel at both.
