A superb place to stay at Ravello Very good location Ravello is the best town to stay at Amalfi Coast

It is very close to the piazza and shops

The host never greeted us and for the amount of people that we were we barely had enough linens

The property was excellent and right in the centre It had everything we needed

Multiple things were disappointing with our stay which included after 5 days- No bin changes No clean towels Bad showers- tiny and doors don’t shut No toilet roll- asked for a top up but was told no as the cleaner had gone home so had to go to the shop ourselves Late check in fee * warning plus city tax- BE AWARE THIS CAN BE EXPENSIVE AS ITS €100 for late arrival per room Electric went off on our last day during the night and we got blamed for it even though it was multiple rooms and we were asleep/ hadn’t touched anything No cleaning - paid €50 euro fee as part of the fee for the room and no cleaning of the room during our stay 2 room apartment listed but was a sofa bed which was uncomfortable as the second room option

Although our original booking was for the smaller property (“Mozart” room), Francesca kindly offered us the larger “Chopin” room at the main property—though we had to switch back for the last night. “Chopin” is on the second floor of a duplex sharing an entrance with the ground floor unit. Two men painting in the shared hallway kindly helped us carry our bags upstairs.

1. Mold in "Chopin" We found mold behind the main bedroom bed coming through the paint on the baseboards and around the light switch, and also in the main bathroom. There was a noticeable musty smell in the room. It felt unsafe to sleep there. I messaged Francesca to request an earlier unit change due to this. 2. Repeated loud banging starting around 7:45am (the next morning) In the shared hallway, both the front door and the downstairs unit door were open. Inside the unit, the cabinets were all open, and I heard someone moving around. A man who had been painting the day before came out when I called. 3. Dismissive response from the man (didn't get his name) I approached the noise issue respectfully and carefully, but he became immediately defensive and repeatedly said, "What noise? I don't hear anything." This was frustrating because it was clearly coming from work being done downstairs. Shortly after I talked to him, Francesca messaged that she would come around 9am. 4. Indifferent response to mold in "Chopin" by Francesca When Francesca arrived, she didn’t ask to see the mold and instead offered to move us to another unit. I invited her in and showed her the mold anyway, and she said, "I don't understand what you're showing me." After I explained that the mold seemed to be coming through the paint, she simply replied, "I'm sorry." 5. Unsatisfactory response to the noise by Francesca She initially suggested the noise might be from the nearby tennis court. After I shared a recording proving the loud banging came from the men downstairs, she responded, "Well, they're old men!" While I understand that can affect noise levels, the early 7:45 am start was inconsiderate, and neither she nor the man took full responsibility. In summary: Although Francesca accommodated our request to move, the process was tense and the overall response felt dismissive.

Very good location. Hot tub has a fantastic view from The terrace. Clean and tidy.

I truly appreciated the kindness of the staff in relocating me to a room with access to the sunny patio area (see second pic) rather than in another building a walk away without sunny aspect or balcony, facing into courtyard with ceramics shop (see pic). The rooms were plenty large enough and very clean. Staff were able to provide and kitchen implements where needed.

In April the rooms are a little chilly even on sunny days but I believe that will be perfect for summertime. Kitchen facilities included microwave and stove but sadly lacking toaster.

Superb location in the lanes near the square. Staff were super friendly and very helpful with anything we requested. The properties and the facilities were really lovely and we had booked 3 apartments. Perfect for big families travelling together

House was as per the photos

The location: 300m over sea level, far from the beach, and you need to walk with luggage and kids for about 500m with lot of stairs to reach the house. Not accessible by car; parking is far and it is €30 per day. The house management is not friendly at all. Master bedroom closet was broken, was fixed after we complained, although they knew it was broken! Jacuzzi wasn't cleaned regularly, so was full of dead insects No fresh towels, no washing machine inside the house.

Perfect location in Ravello. The apartment was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. we had a shared jacuzzi with one other apartment.

Shower was leaking so it was a little bit wet on the floor after showering.

Lovely place, modern and a great courtyard area. In a quiet area. Great host who was accomdating with changes and helpful on local information.

Beds were quite firm. Rooms were small (but a event living area). No washing machine even though advertised. No coat hangers to hang your clothes.

It was very large. It’s was clean. The location is central To all of Ravello. It is very nice.

The location was fantastic. It is easily walkable to Ravello square and several restaurants and shopping. I was in a wedding at Palazzo Avino and was able to walk there. It was a good amount of space and had everything you might need.

Breakfast is not included but you could walk easily to places for coffee or to find something to eat on the square. I would advise anyone who might not be able to climb lots of stairs to be wary. However, if you’re staying in Ravello, you’re going to have to climb stairs wherever you go.

An attractive and spacious apartment. Well located within the centre of Ravello.

Despite being advertised within the listing, there was no access to the gardens or jacuzzi. We were only advised of this upon our arrival. Having questioned it, we were advised to contact the owner who didn't reply. The apartment was also quite unclean: the floors were dirty and the bathroom sink was blocked. We asked for these issues to be addressed and a cleaner came the following day to mop the floor.
