Disappointed. Not a 4-star facility.

Beautiful old building in the center of town... great location, near restaurants & shopping.

Poorly managed facility. Bathtub slippery & difficult to enter & exit because of high sides. Air conditionier had to be controlled by front desk. Poor restaurant.

Nice views with great potential but….

Location and beautiful views

Restaurant is expensive and quality of food isnt great. Iron is not provided for guests, if you want to iron something you have to send it to the laundry and pay for it. Bed mattress is foam and isnt too comfortable as it dips through the night. Staff tell you they will check for something and then dont reply back.

We loved our stay in this gem of a hotel

The view is unbelievable. I found this hotel to be a gem. Every staff member we interacted with were amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. The pool was appreciated after long, hot days out.

The property may be a little dated but I feel that is everywhere on the Amalfi coast.

Location is beautiful! The staff were super amazing!! The driver for the airport Alessandro was also above and beyond. The views and location were spectacular!

Beautiful hotel to stay near Amalfi & Positano

We loved this hotel , beautiful place , perfect location with unreal view. Hotel is pretty much in the middle of Ravello, you are in town within 5 min of walk . Bus stop to Amalfi is literally few steps from the entrance . Clean room Lovely breakfast Amazing infinity pool

The only thing that we were stifling with was parking . I have been told they sent instructions but unfortunately I haven’t received anything . Which made us to drive in circles for 15 min until we rung reception and asked what is going on . So it turns out they will take your car and drive it to their additional parking space (just couple streets down the hotel anyway) and charging €30.00 per day . Which seems to be quite a lot to be honest. When you decide to go to restaurant it is unreal view however I think slightly overpriced . But that’s everyone personal opinion. We just thought for what it was it was a bit too much

Nice hotel with stunning view

The view from the hotel was stunning, potentially the best view in town. The location also great, few minutes walk from the centre. The room was spacy and well equipped; we especially liked the classic style of the hotel and room. The bed was big and comfy. The selection of the breakfast was really good and tasty. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

There are just a few minor things: - a little bit of mold in the bathroom of our room - having our room located on the first floor next to the 2nd exit was a bit loud during early morning hours - There are only two sunbeds next to the pool - EUR 25 for parking a scooter (outside) for one night is really overpriced

The staff is very attentive to your needs. We have stayed at the Hotel a few times. Best recommendation is we would continue to return. Location is wonderful as the bus stop is close by, Piazza is just around the corner and offer parking.

Ravello is divine. Great stay in a fabulous location

Fabulous location. Spectacilar view. Lovely room, very spacious with large bathroom and sperate shower and loo. Beautiful terrace and dinner was of. high standard. Very reasonably priced food and wine.

The staff are very helpful, but don't seem to speak to each other or co-ordinate anything. If you ask one for sonmething, he doesn't tell her/his colleagues. There doesn't seem to be a manager or anybody organsizing anything. Some aspects of the room were very old fashioned - Hair-dryer attached to wall, so impossible to use without burning yourself, cheap toiletries, coat hangers that can't be removed from the rail - all aspects that no longer exist in modern hotels. The breakfast was poor - rotting fruit, cheap thin yoghurts, cereal in Kellogg handy packs; again all old fashioned aspects that you no longer see in hotels of this quality. Dinner was good.

Have 2 entrance one . One of the entrance is just across the main bus stop it was easy if you have luggages even if your on public transport. The other receptin/entrance access to main town/plaza. Place is really good. value for money and breakfast superb and the view while having breakfast amazing.

A very memorable hotel with stunning views

If you want a memorable view of the coastline you must stay here. Breathtaking view from the terrace and pool. Great location in a lovely quiet area. Breakfast was beautiful with lots of choice. We will definately be back.
