The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The hosts were informative and friendly. The tram stop is at the end of the street, for easy transportation throughout the city. There is a wonderful restaurant at the other end of the street.
Nothing. You do have to be able to climb stairs to get to the rooms.

お部屋は大変可愛くて、大変気に入りました。
オーナーさんが手作りで作られているお部屋のようです。とても愛情がこもっていることがわかります。
冷蔵庫あり、コーヒーや紅茶も自由に飲むことができます。お菓子なども用意されていました。
オーナーさんも、良い距離感を保ってくださって、大変リラックスして過ごすことができました。
チェックアウトの時間より早めに到着しましたが、
お部屋を準備してくださっていました。
チェックアウト後はスーツケースを預かっていただき、ホテルに戻ると、スーツケースを下の階に下ろしていただき、玄関側に置いてくださっていました。お優しい心遣いを感じました。
私はこのお家をとても気に入りました。またいつかアムステルダムに来ることがあれば宿泊したいです。
良くなかった点は何もありません。

Frank was one of the best hosts we've had - proactive, informative, responsive, kind and understanding! Very clear and easy communication. Great location - 15 minutes by tram from Central Station. Quiet and peaceful residential area. Comfortable and cosy room that includes a mini fridge as well as a spacious private bathroom. Everything was very clean.
