    We stayed at Amadi Panorama Amsterdam from 23 June 2026 to 25 June 2026. During my stay, the air conditioning was not working, making the room very uncomfortable. Additionally, the mini fridge (freezer/refrigerator) was also not functioning, which caused further inconvenience. I reported these issues to the reception desk, and the receptionist Daniel informed me that, as compensation for the inconvenience, the cost of breakfast for both days of my stay would be refunded by the hotel which I paid while booking. Accordingly I emailed to Hotel Manager Mr ***, who responded to refund through “***” !! “It seems Agoda don’t have any capability of their own and they are just aggregators for other companies like ***” Anyways after waiting for confirmation on the refund for 4 days wrote back to the Hotel Manager who shockingly has gone silent with no response. And Agoda customer service is nothing but AI chaatboat which neither helps nor understands anything. Agoda is the worst travel company across the globe and I shall ensure writing to their MD, CRO and Board of Directors as well.

    Stay was ok but had issues. It was hot, 28 to 33 C and the AC didn't work. Had to sleep with the windows open so it was loud. After telling them for 3 days the AC was broken they said it was an larger issue and they will get some to stop blowing hot air in the room. The fridge didn't work so no cold drinks or water. Just added heat in the room. They confirmed it was broken and would replace it but never happened. The safe didn't work. Staff checked but could not figured it out why. Its not the cleanest place but ok for a place to sleep. Location was great by the tram, east access to Central Station and nice area. We chose the place for AC incase it was hot and ended up sleeping hot with all the windows open. Not recommended and would not stay again.

    Somewhat worn out and dark room, not comparable to the picture. From the superior double room with panoramic view there indeed were views, but nothing special to see (not to sea or town really). Breakfast was ok. The staff was very helpful with dietary restrictions. Good connection to the city by tram.
