Location and amenities.
The trash was still there from the previous guests, the bedsheet had a stain and we would have liked to watch the football game but that TV channel was locked out.

The location is great, it takes 5-10 minutes strolling downhill to get to the main street. The apartment looks great inside, don't be deterred by the looks of the building itself. There was ample space to park your car. The kitchen was well equipped - tea, coffee, sugar etc. was all available. The bathroom is small, but has everything you would need, including a washing machine. The check-in and chekc-out were as simple as it gets.
It gets a bit stuffy in summer, but it's fine with the windows open. The outside of the building and walk-up to the apartment would need some love, but as I said, it looks modern inside.
