Det tok ca. 30 min å gå fra Hurtigbåtkaia/sentrum til Mary Rooms i Juni (etter å ha gått veien på Google Maps). Utsikt mot Tromsdalen fra vinduet. God luftemulighet, vinduet kunne åpnes stort. Kokemulighet og bra kjøleskap i fellesrommet. I rommet var en smal seng, et lite bord med stol og kroker på veggen.
Vasken var neppe større enn DIN A 4. Ekstrem myk madrass. Gardinene hadde nesten ingen formørkningseffekt. Tynne vegger mot WC og dusj.
