The owner was very gracious and informative. The apartment is clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a nice view down to the water.
Unfortunately they were waiting for the washer/dryer to be repaired.

Nice location, big appartment with lots of facilities, nice views, free parking
We felt some "over control" in the building with many hand written instructions.

The apartment was spacious
The smell in the kitchen and bathroom was quite strong and not in the best way, the laundry machine was broken (was not clarified in the description of the accomodation) and not other possibility was offered to us upon request.
