I had a very pleasant stay in Tromsø.
The location is perfect — you can easily reach the city centre and the main attractions on foot. It is close to the Polaria aquarium, and there is a supermarket just around the corner.
The room is spacious and has everything needed for a longer stay, with very easy access. The facilities worked perfectly: the stove heated up quickly, the television functioned properly, the bathroom included a washing machine, and the heater kept the room warm and comfortable.
I arrived a bit earlier than expected, and the property manager kindly allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in time, which I really appreciated.
I am very happy that I chose this property for my stay in Tromsø, and I hope to return in the future.
As a small suggestion for improvement, I would recommend installing a better shower head, as the current one offers limited control. I would also suggest replacing the vinyl shower curtain with a proper shower door since the current setup allows water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

- l’emplacement , vraiment à côté du centre, se fait à pied (on la fait tt les jours) ou prendre le bus à 150 m du domicile (Polaria) donc parfait, sur la route des excursions on s’est même fait redéposer à côté à Polaria , le calme quand bien même le logement est situé à côté de la route
- l’isolation du logement , il faisait bon
- commerces à proximité
- double entree pour poser les affaires
- facilité de Check in
- logement bien équipé avec lave vaisselle, machine à laver , micro ondes , étendage, four, grand frigo etc.. matériel éponges, liquide vaisselle etc
- télé
- manque d’ustensiles en cuisine : par ex passoire , petite casserole
Casseroles / poêles obsoletes car non compatibles avec les plaques qu’il faudrait enlever
Bouilloire qui fuit beaucoup trop , la hotte de la cuisine non utilisable (odeur de friture , on doit ouvrir longtemps la fenêtre)
- douche : il manque la porte, le rideau mis à la place n’est pas optimal et n’est pas un gage de propreté
- rideau de lit pas assez grand donc lumière des qu’il fait jour
- pas beaucoup de places dans les placards dommage car les affaires pour le froid prennent de la place surtout pour plusieurs jours
- pas de tapis de douche dans la salle de bains

Great location, very close to city centre and overall quite a nice property.
There were a few basic necessities that weren't there such as shampoo and shower gel.
The bed was soft, which made it not too comfortable to sleep on. This is because the bed was made of two single mattresses put together and when two people sleep on it, the mattresses shift around and one could roll on the floor.
There's a washing machine that is free of charge (you have to buy your own washing liquid). There's a tumble dryer you have to pay for if you want to use it.
An additional chair would be nice so that 3 people can sit comfortably around the table.
