"We stayed in this apartment with our family of two adults and a 6-year-old child and had a wonderful time. The apartment is located a short walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area. The apartment is very nice and new, with large and beautiful views of the mountains. The apartment size is correct for a family of 3 people, and it has an easy-to-access parking garage. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation, including a well-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TV. The owners are very kind and helpful, and they were always willing to help us with anything we needed. In general, we had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We felt very comfortable and had a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers."

Very nice apartment, fresh , easy access, good location and very helpful landlord. We got very good service and help If we needed it. I can highly recommend this.

the building itself needs a lot of renovation and it seems to be ongoing, on first But the status of the apartment makes up for it easily.
