Phinneywood Cottage - Greenlake - Zoo - Phinney

Perfect size, very clean, easy to get into, nice neighborhood, great accommodations, and communicative host.

Minor things were broken. 1 shade had no button to retract it and two decorative lamps didn’t have a switch to turn on. Two minor issues that didn’t impact the quality of our stay at all.

Snug cottage with plenty of space for a small group! I was in a party of 3 with friends and family, and the inflatable mattress option for the living room really made it quite comfortable. Staying multiple days, having a full kitchen with all the essentials was an absolute game changer! If you're there for the zoo, this is an excellent choice as it's less than a 15 minute walk to the West Entrance through a nice neighborhood. All inquiries were answered promptly by the staff, and it's evident the property is well cared for. Would really love to stay again!

Some shimmying with the front door is required to get the lock/unlocking mechanism to work, but once you figure out the method it goes smoothly. A broom, or a more obviously placed broom, would've been nice for keeping the kitchen tidy during our stay.

It was near town and the zoo. It had a laundry room

There was a broken handle on the cold water spigot in the shower. The shower was stained and the sills were dirty. The lawn wasn’t mowed . The road noise was super loud right behind the property and kept us up all night .
