Cleanly, easy to access
Booking listing advertises as “full place to yourself” however when we got there we realized that’s not true. It wasn’t the biggest deal, we were just surprised and didn’t know since that’s not how it presented

Nicely and simply decorated. Very comfortable bed. Within 2 blocks of my destination of Swedish Medical Center on Cherry Hill.
Street traffic noise (tolerable) until about 11:30 PM. But overall, a very comfortable stay.

Host responded to questions and concerns very timely and kept in touch. The room and bathroom were Perfect for 2 people and was a nice weekend getaway.
Maybe it was my poor research, but I didn't know we would share a kitchen and common room with other guests. To me, it seemed like the listing was just 1 apartment with 1 room, not many rented out.

Location
I didn’t like that I had to share living areas with random people. The ad made it seem that the accommodations were one unit. I feel like I was forced to stay in my room and sleep with random people coming in and out at all hours. The room /house had spider webs on the ceiling over the shower and had a spider drop from the ceiling in the bedroom. Walking down the stairs there was a spider on the wall.
