The place itself is beautiful.
I booked this place because it's variously listed as:
'a one-bedroom apartment'
'entire apartment'
'the entire place is yours'
It's actually an en suite in a larger AirBnb house. I showed the listing to various friends (including a lawyer) who all agreed it was misleading. For this reason I deducted major points.
Due to (my own) mix-up with arrival times, I was able to access the building and room while guests were still in there. Management clarified they don't change access codes between each guest, which I find concerning.

The property was easy to find and access with the text support provided.
There is a difference between street parking and designated parking. I chose a place walking distance to my event, but had to pay for event parking due to street parking limitations.

Nice room, nice common area and kitchen that we did not use. Good bed. Good bus service.
No people involved. Totally automated check in that was overly complicated. Also, be SURE to be out of the room at the early checkout time of ten o’clock. The door code audibly changed as we were getting our last bag.
