What's there was immediate communication and constant communication, making sure that I knew everything that I need to know to stay there and we were able to walk right in. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay very much.And we will be back

Great location. Easy to walk to Seattle U. Easy to park on the street right across from the property. The interior of the property is either quite new or else was remodeled down to the studs. Everything (flooring, paint) is crisp and well-designed. The bathroom is ensuite from the room and (mostly) very clean. Two outlets available for plugging in a mains-to-USB adapter (which I brought with me). Had a good sleep. Great property for the room rental type setup.

Having to supply a $200 deposit through some shady-seeming online app that supposedly won't get returned for 7 days. Having to sign a 3400 word, restrictive contract (for a two night stay!). The contract terms preventing me from being able to change any "settings" on the TV (or be fined $200), which meant I could not actually reconnect it to the internet. Having to keep heating within a narrow 4 degree range. Likewise I couldn't take a photo in the house (or I would be fined $200). Wall heater vent is specifically labeled not to allow any soft furnishings near it but the provided curtains are full length and go right over it (which messes up air flow and appears to be a fire hazard). Bedside lamp flickers. Unplugging of it would result in a $200 fine... Bathroom on its last light bulb (of three). No handy signage in the room with Wifi information, had to receive and read a huge "handbook" to find it out.

Man konnte die Waschmaschine und Trockner benutzen die super schnell und modern sind. Und 2 Taps werden sogar von der Unterkunft gestellt. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher.

Leider ist es sehr hellhörig. Es gibt zwar Ohrstöpsel im Bad, aber es ist trotzdem nervig, dass man zum Beispiel nicht mal telefonieren kann, ohne dass das ganze Haus mithört. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war außerdem leider nicht besonders sauber. Mein Zimmer lag ganz oben und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Da ich mehrere Wochen unterwegs bin, war es sehr mühsam, meinen schweren Koffer den engen Flur hochzubringen. Was mich allerdings am meisten gestört hat, ist die Parksituation. Ich war über Silvester dort und wusste, dass an Autos oft randaliert wird (habe ich auch zwei Straßen weiter gesehen: Autos mit eingeschlagenen Fenstern). Aus diesem Grund wollte ich eine Unterkunft mit Privatparkplatz. Nachdem alles bezahlt war, habe ich vom Anbieter erfahren, dass damit gemeint ist, dass man kostenlos IRGENDWO an der Straße parken kann. Das hätte ich auch tun können, ohne diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben. In meinen Augen bieten sie etwas an, was sie gar nicht haben.
