Veramente un amore di casa. Dotata di tutte le comodità e molto luminosa. La doccia super. Eleonora è una dolcissima e disponibilissima padrona di casa. L' appartamento è in un palazzo silenzioso;, facilmente raggiungibile il centro di Avezzano, supermercati e centro commerciale a pochi minuti. Lo consiglio anche per l' ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Tutto, appartamento (attico)ben rifinito e arredato, molto funzionale e vivibile al 100%.Posto al 4 piano con ascensore . Non ci è mancato nulla, pulito, ben arredato, letti comodi e zona silenziosa e nelle immediate vicinanze dall' uscita dell' autostrada. Unica cosa da specificare che vicino c'è una chiesa... quindi soprattutto la domenica mattina si sentono le campane suonare ma a noi non hanno dato assolutamente fastidio!!!! Consiglio vivamente!!!

The property was well located and within walking distance of the main piazza. It was very clean and was very roomy. Street parking was just outside the building and there was no hassle finding a spot to park the car. Lovely pastry shop close by.
