Terraced House in ALTIPIANO DELLE ROCCHE, ROVERE - ROCCA DI MEZZO (AQ)

La Scarpetta di Venere is a terraced house consisting of an independent entrance onto a private garden, living room with kitchenette and fireplace with thermo ventilation. In the living room you will find a large double sofa bed, a table with wooden benches and chairs and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils.
Furthermore, in the living room, a French window leads to a private garden with use of a little barbecue.
From the internal staircase, you can go up to the first floor, where you will find a bathroom with shower and washing machine; there are also two bedrooms as follows:
1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror and balcony overlooking the Gran Sasso and Piani di Pezza;
1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds or side by side, according to your needs, and, with the bunk bed configuration, the possibility of 1 additional single bed (to be requested when booking).
The house is also equipped with independent heating with radiators in every room.

WINTER:
The house is located just five minutes from the Ovindoli ski resorts and ten minutes from those of Campo Felice. Easily reachable via the motorway, also Campo Imperatore.
It is also possible to reach Piani di Pezza on foot, a cross-country skiing location.
SUMMER:
The location of the property allows you to easily reach many mountain tourist locations, such as the Piani di Pezza 3km, the Celano gorges 10km, the Abruzzo National Park, Lake Scanno, the Sagittario Gorges about 50km, the caves of Stiffe 30 km, Campo Imperatore (also a place of historical interest, as well as naturalistic, given the presence of Benito Mussolini's prison house and there is also an astronomical observatory which organizes nocturnal observations), or important cities such as L'Aquila 30 km.
It is possible to take wonderful walks with the whole family by bike or on foot along the cycle path that connects Rocca di Mezzo to Ovindoli, passing through Rovere.
It is also possible to organize splendid horseback rides in the numerous riding stables in the surrounding area or choose from the numerous excursions organized by local associations, suitable for every type of person, from the beginner to the more expert.
